Built in 1977, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house had to be renovated, in order to accommodate the needs of the new owners. The challenge was to expand the house, achieve an open concept interior, and accomplish a contemporary aesthetics. HAKSDESIGN's final design consisted of a front addition and interior remodel conveying a large welcoming porch, 4 specious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an open concept living room and kitchen, leading to the backyard pool area.
