The Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) was achieved by adding 300 square feet of vaulted space to the existing garage/storage. There is an elevated window where the addition occurs, allowing additional light into the living space. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, and a spacious kitchen with an island, overlooking the vaulted living area. Ideal living space for two people.
