Located in Glendale, Armen’s ADU was designed and permitted by HAKSDESIGN as an additional living quarter for the clients’ elder parents. In order to accommodate a comfortable size of living space for two, the 570 sq.ft. Accessory Dwelling Unit was designed as a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with an open concept living room and kitchen.
